For whatever reasons this year's software was not as user friendly, i have used it for many years now but this was the most frustrating year using it

It's more economical than the usual agencies and I doubt that those companies are doing anything more or different to provide and equal or better value.

Free? WHERE? You guys say free then end up taking $150 from people who need it. This is absurd and false advertising. People with multiple w2 & 1099 should get a break. I actually need the $150.00 you all are taking away from me
