I personally think a lot of the state tax questions do not make any sense and have no explanation. Or way to choose the correct option. I feel like I did not file correctly and it makes me feel scared to file. Hopefully it comes out correct. Also the question or help button is not helpful at all.

over priced and simply doesn't work

paid over $100 to have it mismatch data from my w2 and get my state return rejected. I use this to streamline my taxes, not pay so i can do them twice and make sure turbotax got the right answer. Thanks a lot for making me do them twice. this will be the last year i ever use turbotax and i'm going to provide a tax filing service free of charge to anyone i meet that says they use turbo tax.
