KLUDGY SOFTWARE WITH A HUGE PRICE TAG

INCREDIBLE WASTE OF MONEY. THE 1099 FORM IMPORT SOFTWARE PRODUCES ERRORS THAT CAN'T BE CORRECTED WITHOUT MANUALLY RE-ENTERING THE ENTIRE FORM. THE WHOLE RETURN WAS REJECTED FOR 3-FILING DUE TO AN IMPORT ERROR IN A ZIP CODE OF ALL THINGS, WHICH COULD NOT BE MANUALLY CORRECTED. $200 IS AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE FOR SUCH A KLUDGY PRODUCT. AS SOON AS THE IRS RELEASES AN ONLINE FILING SYSTEM, I'M DONE WITH TURBO TAX.

TurboTax for the WIN!

I tried TurboTax and H&R Block. TurboTax cost ~$40 more, but was a lot smoother bringing in documents and got me larger return.

Turbotax is a scam software!

I thought I was signing up for electronic transfer but only found out that I signed up for the ERPS 5-day early payment scam that you had me sign up for was not removable. I only found the charge once I reviewed my final tax forms with a $35 adder. I am done with your service now!
