Awful! I spend hours going through expenses and none showed up on my return. I have to hire someone else to fix what I already paid for at Turbo Tax.

TurboTax has predatory behavior

TurboTax Premium fees took most of my return when I only needed to file some crypto information with it, in addition to that, the processing fee predatory behavior.... Not to mention that I had to do most of the work myself....

Turbo Tax Filing is confusing and difficuly

After I purchased Desktop version, I was directed to the online version automaticaly, I wound up entering taxes online and then had to get a credit for the desktop version I just purchased. Very misleading.
Verification of identity at end of process is very cumbersome.

I've been using TurboTax for many years and I've always felt safe and secure about the job they do with my taxes. My problem is the way they continue to bait and switch the fees.
