Overall, it was pretty good. It was straightforward and had good tips and assistance along the way. It would be 5/5 if it showed hidden tax breaks like solar.

I believe this is the most I have paid for Turbotax in the years I have been using them. If rates are higher next year, I will go to a local tax expert.

It would be helpful to have a checklist of documents and information needed before starting the process (ie, ID's, last year's return, etc.)

I am still not sure if I correctly inputted info regarding our backdoor IRA contributions. First time I have filed with you and don't feel 100% confident of return's accuracy. Other than that, helpful process.
