The interface is definitely clean and easy to use, however the fact that after I get all of my info put in and I'm about to file I suddenly find out I HAVE to pay $89 for premier because I sold a single stock (at a loss) and can't proceed otherwise plus the $40 processing fee if I want to pay with my refund has left a rather sour taste in my mouth. Next year I'll be giving FreeTaxUSA a try.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

its a great service. I wish it was free for simple returns but it does give me peace of mind that it was done correctly.

Mobile only app needs work

Somewhat user-friendly on the mobile phone. Needs improvement as it is hard to navigate. I had to complete the return on my computer because I could not go back to a certain form while using my phone.
