all and all its easy to use. However, the biggest drawback for me is the fact they removed the free to use version. my second biggest drawback has to be how often they try to get you to upgrade and if you're not careful and read before accepting you could accidently agree to an upgrade you didn't want. If it wasn't for these things' I'd give it 5 stars.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby
