Very Frustrating on Two Issues

I had to file by mail because it wouldn't let me proceed because.
It kept asking for info on an account that was closed and did not even appear on the list of items to fill out (Morgan Stanley)
I entered in cents and the system rounded to the nearest dollar for RMD. This caused the system to think the amount was incorrect and it wouldn't let me fix the box that needed changing. Very frustrating
