Bloodsucking money rubbers and timewasters!!

Bloodsucking irrelevant waste of time for anyone on fixed income. Hidden fees, ad after ad for unnecessary upgrades, tons of irrelevant info that doesn't allow, discounts applied and stolen back by hidden fees. Way worse than it was even last year. Next year I'll use paper and save almost $200.00.

working hard for my personal information

for the most part easy to use, i was not that happy about how pushy you are about trying to get me to share my personal information at the end, it was like you were trying to trick me, i really thought i would have to do the share my personal information just to use the service. and why can't we use the 'deduct from my refund' or just the audit protection option without all that other stuff tacked on, i didn't like that at all, like i say it was like you just want my personal information so you can sell it to somone else or something, not liking that
