Not accurate for state taxes

For the second year in a row, TurboTax wants to charge me to file state returns and then tell me I owe the State money, which is incorrect. I filed on my state webstie and got a refund because TurboTax does not account for my state's HSA deduction

Turbo tax was not satisfactory

It is very confusing in spots. Took me longer than it should have and much longer than last year. Also the cost was more than I thought it would be.
