TURBO TAX SUCKS

your prices are to high and forcing me to upgrade for something i do not want is stupid. This will be the last year i use turbo tax. after 15+ years of usage i will not put up with upsells and then a additional fee for processing. A bunch of crooks. I will not recommend to anyone.

2024 TuboTax tax return very confusing...

I have used TurboTax the past 5 years and it has been pretty straightforward. I found a number of things this year VERY CONFUSING, including why it is that I'm supposed to snail mail copies of receipts for my less that $5000 total in charitable donations to I don't know where because no address is provided in spite of TT saying address is provided.
