Annoying to avoid paid upgrades

They try to trick you into upgrading whenever possible. In addition, if you had anything to do with crypto at all, you cannot use the free product, and are forced to pay for their premium product at minimum.

I find that Turbo Tax was very Simple and quite Easy to Use. It provided Step by Step instructions, with a choice for expert assistance by a qualified tax expert.

AWFUL!!!! What happened to your company? This was unbearably difficult to use. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years. This was IMPOSSIBLE IMPOSSIBLE to use. Why do you ask for a number on box d? There is no box d! There has never ever ever been a box d. Why to you ask for numbers that aren't present? Why so you ask to import W-2 that aren't importable? This is nonsense. The language that you use to walk through each item isn't clear English. This was horrible. Why would I want to give money to Credit Karma, are you kidding me? Your product used to be so simple. I am not sure what happened, and at a cost of over $200 just for simple state and federal. Never again.

I have never had so much trouble using Turbo Tax for all the years of using it!!!!! I had always used Deluxe w/state and only took me about 2-3 hours. Had to upgrade to Preminum for the first, I guess Turbo Tax changed for the worst!!! Will try someone else next year

Their was no obvious option to only apply apportion of my federal refund to next year. I will look for another software for next year.
