I swore by TurboTax for many years. Unfortunately this year, I was forced to purchase products I absolutely did not want. I seriously thought about using a different FREE app altogether since my entire family uses them religiously. I have been a loyal TurboTax patron since 2013. After this year, I just might switch. You should never force your patrons to purchase something that is clearly free to use on other platforms. Shame on you TurboTax!
