Too Many Solicitations & Expensive

Constant solicitations to use the max services and charge you more. If you don't pay attention, you will accidentally accept. It disrupts the tax filing process and irritates me. Not sure I will continue to use this service. Very expensive.

Error findings often found unrelated errors or items that should have had a separate question to support correct input. Additionally, the system associated an incorrect state with an address and only allowed for the zip code to be updated (which was correct) to something that had to be within the incorrect state. It would not allow for the state to be corrected.

Overpriced but I'm a captive user (trapped)

overpriced. Form/worksheet details of prior year returns not available for viewing as reference for completing the current returns. The 'help' is ok, but often is just too watered down. Of course, they offer an up-sell to get better help but tax prep shouldn't be hundreds of dollars for a basic household return that includes some investments and educational expenses.
