Works well but it's evil how you make the app sluggish to make the customer feel like it's actually doing something other than literally putting numbers on a paper.

I loved the old TurboTax (used for over 15 years)

The old TurboTax was much easier to use, more intuitive and less hassle, this version requires you to go over the same entries each time you access it to update information. Most irritating, however, was the site would no allow me to continue with my previous ID and password requiring me to initiate a new account. As a consequence, there was no carryover from prior returns necessitating a lot of data input. I wasted two weeks trying to renew my former account and finally resorted to 40 minutes on the phone with a Turbotax representative to get my new account....just horrible.
