TurboTax has great guidance, help could be better

I've used TurboTax for several years. Reasonably easy to use. Help could be better...searching for "form 1099-SA" returns advice to search for "1099-SA" and then use the quick or jump to link. Uh, why not put the link where you are telling me to use it rather than make me search again?

Turbo Tax is a great source to use

It was a good experience; however, Credit Karma would not allow me to get an advance, I think Turbo Tax should not use Credit Karma for an advance because it doesn't work for people who really need the funds.
