It's great, but when I was in free mode, I was navigated right into premium without the service giving me the option to continue in free mode. Basically, forced into premium mode.

I can finish my taxes in a little over an hour and their pricing is fair for what you get. The software catches everything and walks me through each section clearly. Import feature saves tons of time on W-2s. Recommended for anyone wanting accurate, efficient tax filing.

MISSING TURBO TAX OF YESTERYEAR

I have been a turbo tax user for 15+ years and frustrated with the advertising and sales tactics. I miss just doing my return and seeing it in the form. Also would like to not enter all my info for it to just tell me to take the standard deduction.
