Very easy to use, it was nice having the informational notes to reference and further explained what was being asked. I would like to see a chat feature where you can chat with someone, and it not be an extra charge.

Good product - predatory pricing

The service itself is good - generally intuitive and easy to use. The constant upselling is awful, the price seems to inflate most years, having to pay for premium just to get access to schedule D is just pure price gouging (I did all the work there anyway), and trying to scam a $40 processing fee for paying using the federal return seems borderline unethical when there is no fee for just using a card. Stop that.
