TurboTax is user friendly.

Doing my taxes myself is a bit much, however, using Turbo Tax has allowed me to input my information when I have the available time and can always exit and return on my schedule. Thanks for being so through and user friendly. No, I did not use an agent.

Good product but miss the refund tracker

TurboTax makes the tax-filing process easier and I have been using it for several years now. I was a little disappointed this year to see that they removed the entry-by-entry refund tracker that used to be in the top left hand corner

Federal went through great. I keep having software errors with state. Did it all on website. Tried downloading the app to fix it and it took me back to the website.
