User friendly. Cost can be prohibitive

Been using it for years. Cost can be prohibitive but I trust the software and process so its worth it to me

Could NOT view returns before filing! Frozen!!!!!

everything was great until I tried to view my returns. The "preparing your documents" window opened, then never finished! Totally UNACCEPTABLE that I could NOT view my returns before filing. I will NEVER use turbotax or ANY intuit product again
