TurboTax is very simple

TurboTax is very simple. It costs more money than simply filling in the forms manually but it saves time. What used to take hours to read and study is minutes with software and filing is a breeze with e-file. If you can afford the cost, then it is worth using TurboTax. If money is tight then you can opt for cheaper methods.

The product worked, last year it missed some of the state taxes I paid, and the federal tax refund was adjusted by the IRS.

TurboTax is a means to an end.

I do not like my tax data being held in a "cloud" with TurboTax. Where are all the worksheets I used to get. I don't like the format of the questions to take me through the return. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a better solution.
