Much more frustrating than using the DVD version. Had to call for help just because the version needed to be upgraded to "Premium". It could have told me that without all the frustration. Also, when entering medical deductions, it was very frustrating why the amount entered was not accepted. Took a lot of research to find out that there is an automatic deduction to the entered amount.

Way too expensive than the desktop version. It would be great if the online one could be offered at a lower price.
