I've been using Turbo Tax for years. I used the online method this year. It was very easy to use and similar to the desktop versions I've used in the past. I'm guided through every step which I needed. Got to make sure!

Turbo tax is a fantastic service. The help page is great I love the community the answers are very helpful with users asking similar questions and the tax experts giving great answers. Turbo tax always finds my biggest refund, have been using them for years.

I like that it stores prior year data, is sent some documents from some of my companies, is easy and walks me through almost any question, and gives me a summary at the end that really helps me understand the situation with good explanations.
