Better than an accountant

it seemed harder to use this year. We've been using TurboTax for many years and this its feeling more complicated. It's also difficult to read the tips because the feedback rating is over the top of the text in the online version. For the increasing cost, you it would be good to make it easier to use.

I found the grouping of types of incomee in groups difficult to understand and to work with. Do like you earlier systems and list each income separately.

two things

1. no overview of all products- could only select from 2-3 things turbotax thinks i should use. 2. did not recognize recipient address from 1099 forms and said i could only use letters (or no spaces?) but my city includes a space in the name
