I am very upset that I have to pay 138 dollars to file also ANOTHER 40 for taking it from my federal return. I just needed my taxes done so I had to but please lower your prices. All families including my own are just trying to make ends meet, tax season is when we have the funds to do things we usually can't. You are just taking money from us because you can.

TurboTax is still a good product, but if you look back, I'm a long-time user. This year, you took a step back, way BACK. This is a more comical, childish version of what should be something straight forward. All it's missing is a cartoon character talking to you throughout the process. I dislike what you have done this year.

Fast and Easy. You will not regret this service, instead of going to other tax preparers you should try TURBO TAX, there are numerous options to choose on how you want to receive your refund.

i would give it 5 stars if Turbo tax wasn't so expensive. but it easy to use and very fast it only took me 27 minutes to complete both federal and state taxes.
