I really like using TurboTax for our taxes. They have a lot of helpful information that answers my questions too.
They would have gotten 5 stars but I feel like they got one over on me during checkout (or I guess right when starting the process of going through the questions and entering in all the data) which get's 1 star. So I averaged out to 3. Basically, I've used the Deluxe version for several years, and beginning this year's tax filing they auto upgraded me to Premium. Two-and-a-half hours later I see they want to charge me for Premium, and the only way to switch back to Deluxe ($50 less) is to clear all the data and start over. At that point I had to weigh whether it would be worth the time to save $50. I shouldn't have to worry about being auto-upgraded and having to look around for where to change it (I clicked all the "cheap" left column options that were presented to me at the beginning of the process/throughout the process, Deluxe vs Premium should've been one of the dozens of questions they asked in the first 30min especially considering how many times they asked if we wanted MAX added on for so many more dollars).
It was a easy site for me to do my own taxes and I like how it automatically saves my information and I continue where I left off when logging back in.
