Turbo tax is very easy and accurate

I have been doing it at home with my computer and I love it Turbo tax is the way to go and you can save a lot of money on the cost of filing your tax return

Exorbitant Price Increases

The prompts were great, but the price is becoming exorbitant. Tacking on an ADDITIONAL forty dollar fee after the turbotax fee is straight up GREEDY. After 20+ years of Turbotax, I think we'll go somewhere else next year to file.

TurboTax is NOT FREE

I am very upset that I have to pay 138 dollars to file also ANOTHER 40 for taking it from my federal return. I just needed my taxes done so I had to but please lower your prices. All families including my own are just trying to make ends meet, tax season is when we have the funds to do things we usually can't. You are just taking money from us because you can.

Did a Child Design This Update?

TurboTax is still a good product, but if you look back, I'm a long-time user. This year, you took a step back, way BACK. This is a more comical, childish version of what should be something straight forward. All it's missing is a cartoon character talking to you throughout the process. I dislike what you have done this year.
