For $99, you would think it would work better

Your software could not import my tax records from Schwab directly and never returned an error message.
The entire process was not clean. I had to Delete Schwab, re-add them, then add my forms via upload, and even then, I had corrections to make.

Confusion abounded

Getting the 1099R distribution acceptable for the filings was a struggle. Eventually I was able to fill in the correct space. No Mark in box, Yes Checked, No Checked. It was a frustrating process to understand. My husband received his RMD from 2 different accounts and I had a difficult time knowing if to add total distribution to put as RMD or to put only amount for that account.

The ease of using Turbo Tax is great. The part that is deceptive is not being able to stop the $89 payment when I was good with the free filing.
