Add on Fees

Easy to use but they always find ways to add one fees. Started off owing $109 and they ended up charging me over $200 for the most basic option

As usual, Turbo Tax is very helpful in doing my taxes. They have places on every entry if you have a question or need help understanding something. It let's you enter your information or will enter it for you, your choice.

Was very pleased with service and got more money back with them than the other site I tried. Wasn’t thrilled with the $170 fee but even after the fee I still got more back than competitors

while its very helpful and easy to file many of the auto inputs dont work and you can no longer see the effects of entrys on your refund at the top of the screen. Bad change
