Using Turbotax was a breeze. I remember using the very first version. There are things that I miss about earlier versions of TurboTax, such as seeing the forms being completed as I work. The details are more invisible behind the scenes now. That being said, using TurboTax is easy and I trust it. I anticipate using TurboTax well into the future.

Appreciate the non-W2 income sections

As someone that has multiple streams of income, what keeps me coming back to TurboTax is the income reporting section, easy to find the appropriate spot for my various amounts. Also, it does a decent job at help topics and explaining the refund amounts.
