The lady that helped me was very patient and helpful. She explained that I should follow the corrections that were highlighted were what I should do!

It was very easy to use. I always use TurboTax. Except it use to be completely free to use and it hasn't been for a while. I don't think I will be using turbotax next year if I can find a place to file for free

THIS IS A RIP OFF. Way too difficult to go through and not accidentally add things you don't want. Little transparency in what they are charging you for. Be sure to click on their FAQ page about all the potential charges you can have ( i.e. "premium", paying for your fees through you refund *costs* you more money, etc.)
