Will never go back to a CPA for my taxes!

Quick and easy. I grew up in a family where we always saw a CPA, so when I started doing my taxes I went to him as well. I liked asking questions, but a couple of years later, he retired. I started on Turbotax and won't be looking back.

A great resource for taxes

This is simple and easy. My only complaint is the redundant number of times you ask if I want to include MAX. Please stop prompting your customers with this; it is annoying and unnecessary. If we declined it, then that is our final answer. There is no uncertainty in our first response, and it won't change at any point during the process.

TurboTax has always simplified the tax process. I've been told to go to other places; however, TurboTax allows me to work on my taxes at any given point of the day or night.
