Instructions are mostly easy to follow. One step at a time is useful. Review process is good. The ability to have information from previous years populate current year is invaluable!

Ya'll are way too expensive

$247 to file taxes is ridiculous. might as well go to a CPA. WIll not be using turbox tax going forward

FEES THAT TURBO TAX CHARGES

I USE TO GET MY TAXES EFILED FOR FREE. MY INCOME IS LESS THAN 20,000 PER YEAR. WHICH IS POVERTY. AND TURBO TAX WANTS TO CHARGE ALMOST 200.00 TO FILE. I WILL BE USING A DIFFERENT SERVICE NEXT YEAR. I CAN FILE FOR FREE WITH THE IRS AND ONLY HAVE TO PAY 10.00 FOR STATE
