Expensive to Use

While I love using TurboTax and it gives helpful guides, I hate the fact that it costs so much... I had to upgrade to Premium one year, because I had more complicated taxes at the time and need additional bells and whistles to complete them and receive 1:1 help. However, I have never been able to downgrade from Premium, even though I no longer need Premium. As a result, I still pay a high price to do my taxes :(
