Turbo Tax is so helpful. It doesn't miss anything on my returns. Before using it, I was paying someone to file my taxes for almost $500! This has saved me so much money and time!

Normally has been well. I do not care for the fact that you do not update the IRS forms on time thus, holding up the filling process and you are quick to take payment. I will reevaluate using this next especially being a loyal customer for several years and I have to pay to file both state and federal filing. As a returning customer we should be able to federal or state at no fee. Other companies that do the same service do not charge their returning customers to file. If I hadn't of already paid you I would have used another service since Intuit is the delay in getting the forms in their system NOT THE IRS !

It was better than a colonoscopy and much cleaner.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Do yourself a favor and find another website!

turbo tax is easy to use. i been doing my taxes here for years and they save your old data but i think its time to look for something else . they are charging a lot to file your taxes . they start by saying is free but then at the end it ends up being a lot . do yourself a favor try the free website from the IRS or look around for free websites they have . next year im going to try something else . not satisfied with turbotax anymore.
