TurboTax continues to be helpful

Ive been using TurboTax ever since my first tax year, 7 years ago and even though I have had more tax breaks they continue to be simple enough for the normal user to be able to file

Tired and Frustrated

The Program seemed to get stuck on 1099’s, it kept insisting that I had more 1099-R’s to enter when I had already finished with them, I finally figured out that what they really needed was more info about the 1099- Int, but the Program wouldn’t get off of insisting that problem was with 1099-R, after hours of struggling I finally asked for a phone call from your agent who was of great help to me and she even had to ask other agents about this problem and I think her name was Natasha ? Very Frustrating !!! But she was polite, and very helpful I think you should address the issue with reporting 1099’s and Mostly why it won’t let you go back to what your trying to get to so you can make the changes you want to make!!
