Turbo Tax … could be easier to use for seniors

Tried using phone but cumbersome. Lots of having to get out and find documents and trying to get back in. Waste of time.
Switched to pad and had better results but still cumbersome. Somethings I needed to do were not available using the phone.
Overall I’ve used this product for many years.
