I was overwhelmingly intimidated by this process - my sister had always been the one to help. Turbo Tax Intuit is user friendly, simple and makes a seemingly complicated process to easy. My anxiety was reduced by 100% - thank you for making this easy for the every day human.

the questions and overall process seemed pretty well explained and easy to understand but at the end the system wouldn't let me change my order where there was an extra service I didn't want added but to take it off I would have had to start over. I went ahead and filed to get it done but it upset me.

TurboTax is great

This was the first time that I used TurboTax online other than using a TurboTax CD. It was a little different than what I had expected. I wanted to get a copy of the amount that I had to pay the IRS that was charged to my debit bank account but I either missed the page to make a copy or it wasn't provided. Either way I have used TurboTax for well over 20 years and will continue to use it.
