TurboTax is easy, quick, and efficient

The online version of Turbo Tax is very easy to use and remembers info from the previous year. It also allows uploading of documents which make the process much easier.

I love using Turbo Tax. It's makes filing our taxes so much easier. I also appreciate having the help feature. When I need to research something, the answer is readily available, and the explanation is clear.

Refund Advance less and less

The filing software is fine however the reason this service is used an only because of the immediate refund advance. I think this will be my last year using them as each year my advance amount has been lower and lower when I’ve had the same tax situation for 10 years. I appreciate the service however the refund advance competition offers better rates
