I hate filing taxes, and I hate how expensive turbo tax is and I feel like your pricing is shady. I have to be on my toes the whole time I'm doing my taxes to avoid accidently selecting something that you will charge me more for. But, I tried using H&R block this year and not only was it more confusing, but my refund was less. So I'll stick with turbo tax for now. H7R block does have an awesome AI assistant that explains concepts clearly, I wish turbo tax had that, I dont always need a tax expert, just maybe a clearer definition of something.
