Super Easy & instant advance option

They made everything super easy and gave multiple options for the level of assistance you might need. I loved that I was able to get the refund advance option and pay for the filing out of my tax return instead of out of pocket today!

Not happy with the added fees

I did not want to file my Louisiana taxes, especially since i could have done it for free. I was forced to use the premium because of my 1099 so I had to pay the $99. Then I had to pay $39 for my state when i was getting $0 back from them. I then had to pay a $40 processing fee. So I went from paying nothing to $178. That is ridiculous. I should have the option of not filing state!!
