Turbo Tax was good

The only complaint is the mobile app did not have all the information needed. Had to call for help. The desktop and app are different. Was able to receive the information I was looking for. Hopefully they fix the mobile app.

STOP TRYING TO TRICK ME!

Basically okay but WAY TOO MUCH upselling for stuff you don't need. Once or twice is fine but they just keep doing it, clearly trying to trick you into clicking okay. And once you do, you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT undo it. Your only choice is to create new account and start from scratch.

Did not have to use the experts, my taxes are pretty simple. But it is nice to know they are there if I need them!
