I have used Turbo Tax since 2008. This was harder because I had no disc and had to log in each time. Other than that, from your product it was fine. Double checking questions that I needed clarification involved vendors.

purposefully make it impossible to file free as military member once initiated by normal means. also, get locked into circles unable to file because of forms from last year.
