This was my first time using turbo tax. I did my own which was really easy they go over all the discounts at least twice which is way better than those prep places where they get your info and just click click click don't really ask questions just assuming who you are so they can get their money quick. I felt so secure like, I really got the most details and reassurance. I didn't have any questions in the end. When I did have questions answered right away and when I made a mistake, Dymand was there to save the day she was great. Thank you Turbo Tax will be back next year :)
