It's Decent If Pricey

Its an ok tax service. I was torn between three and four stars.They do make things you don't understand easier by the optional information pop up tabs. And I way went past the time up at the top of the screen and it it did not kick me out as some services do. But... Fees add up fast.. And unless you expect a decent return, imo kinda pricey if you need a live agent to file for you. All in all I must give them four stars. Most of the fees were optional, And they do make it possible to file with little to no knowledge in tax filing even if kinda pricey.

Easy to use. I like that there is assistance along the way in case I have any questions. I also like that it prompts you as to what information is needed and it breaks the information down to make it easier to understand.

In the past, TurboTax and my old tax software gave me the same figures when I filled in the information. This year, the premium TurboTax version took enough additional information from me, due to life events and purchases, to make it a much better bargain and my software of choice going forward. You get what you pay for... and TurboTax is the premium product!
