I love Turbo Tax, but this year I had a few wonky error messages and it didn't seem to retrieve information on 1099 forms from the source. Might have just been user error, since I eventually got everything right and the system confirmed.

Always have a great experience with Turbo. Everything is explained and walked through clearly. The only issue I have is with the boxes with the face emojis that pop up to rate it while you are working on your taxes- it takes up a lot of the screen and very difficult to remove! Please fix that issue.

Every year I'm blown away at how simple and easy it is to file my own taxes on Turbo Tax. I love that I can see in real-time how certain deductions affect my overall return too.

I discover Turbo tax over 10 years ago after a bad experience with an tax preparer. I started using the cite and been using it every since. It's easy and very helpful as well as secure.
