Overall, the process is easy. But, being backed by Intuit, the program got hung up on an error on a 1099-R.
I went back multiple times and fixed/edited the incorrect field twice, yet it continued to FLAG it as an error. This was very klunky coming from Intuit. Appreciate the detail oriented review...but fix this bug

Trouble with software

I could not print out my receipt. The website would not allow me to input my driver license information. The website would not allow me to downgrade my tax software type to basic or deluxe. The software is overpriced.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
