The experience was fairly comprehensive. However, I found navigating a bit difficult. After about 6 hours, I was able to finally complete my returns. I will use it again though, its less expensive than a tax preparer or CPA.

TurboTax is alright

It's fairly straightforward to use, but there was an issue with e-filing which prevented me from seeing the entire process as seamless. Especially since the entire reason I chose TurboTax was because it was advertised as simple uploading of information and easy e-filing.

I have filed my taxes each year myself, but I was really scared to file my own taxes this year, due to being self-employed. It was super easy! Turbo Tax saved me from paying $500 for a simple return through an accountant. Thank you Turbo Tax!
