I felt bullied into upgrading my return filing package. Also no free option to direct deposit my money into my account. Had to pay a 25.00 for 5 days fasterthat I didn't ask for.

This is the second time I took the initiative to do my own taxes. I was also able to add my business expenses as well. I never have to pay to get my taxes done again. Everything was simple and self explanatory.

It was a bit confusing but I made it through. I have never used Turbo tax, it was my first time. It was a very easy process but I think that the fees are a bit too high. I always do my taxes for free so losing a couple of hundred dollars was the only disadvantage..
