Online Turbo Tax sucks, load onto laptop instead

I love the turbo tax that I load onto my laptop which I've used for over 10 years and give 5 stars. However, I used the online Turbo Tax this time and hated it. Much more difficult to navigate. Couldn't find things that were so easy to find on the version you load onto a laptop. I'll not do online again

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have the most confidence that my taxes are correct due to the support and accuracy of their updated technology and great customer service!

Good software, sketchy vibe.

Software works well. But… they are devious and subversive about their add-on “extra” services. Example: when choosing payment options for filing, you will incur an extra $30 fee unless you pay with credit card. There are 3 other examples that use the same “oh by the way…” you owe more money because that is a premium service. Very disingenuous way to do business.
