I felt bullied into upgrading my return filing package. Also no free option to direct deposit my money into my account. Had to pay a 25.00 for 5 days fasterthat I didn't ask for.

This is the second time I took the initiative to do my own taxes. I was also able to add my business expenses as well. I never have to pay to get my taxes done again. Everything was simple and self explanatory.
